This is a home visitation service.Telehealth is available as deemed appropriate by the therapist.

Referrals from your GP or Specialist doctor are not essential but preferred as they should include relevant medical histories which expediates initial assessment on the first home visit.

Patients requiring rebates will need to see their doctor first. Please refer to our Fees and FAQ page.

DVA patients need a current referral for 12 months or 12 visits per cycle.

Once referrals are received, you will be contacted by phone for an appointment.

Please advise at least 48 hours in advance of having to move your appointment.

If you require reminder calls for appointments please inform the therapist.
