This service enables the patient to remain at home but still have access to treatment from their therapist:
- Instructions for telehealth can be emailed to you a week prior to your remote appointment.
- It might be handy to pre-empt any difficulties by having a tech savvy family member or friend sit with you when you access the media tool ( download the app) or attend your first remote appointment.
- Therapy aids will be delivered prior to appointments as required.
- Payment is preferred at the time of the appointment.
- If you are needing to access approved rebated funding, please check with the therapist upon referral or at the time of booking an appointment
- If you dont have technology sufficient for video link then let us know and at the discretion of the therapist a phone consult could be organised.
